A lifelong lover of gothic novels, Ms. Brennan was lucky enough to grow up near Northumberland, where her imagination was first stirred by tales of mystery and the macabre. Now an English teacher, she brings her passion for literature and atmospheric storytelling to her debut novel. When she isn’t teaching or writing, she can often be found with a cup of tea in hand, lost in a well-worn classic...or a gritty murder mystery. This is her first published work.
